The Gallios brothers have provided Chicago with quality service, rooted in hospitality and tradition after purchasing Miller's Pub from the Miller brothers in1935. An original in Chicago's nightlife history, Miller's was the go-to bar for notable musicians, athletes, and Broadway actors. Stained glass and vintage oil paintings reveal the character of the multi-level, 270 seat restaurant while the pictures and memorabilia give customers a glimpse into the past. Today, Miller's remains a neighborhood gathering spot for locals and tourists. Stop by to catch a game and make a friend over a round of the craft beer of your choice. The kitchen is open until 2 AM during the week (12 AM on Sundays) and the bar stays open until 4 AM.
