The two Michelin starred and AAA 5 Diamond rated restaurant hosts 28 in an intimate and elegant dining room shared with an open kitchen. The cost of the menu is $215 per person. In addition to cocktails and an old world inspired wine list, a thoughtfully selected pairing is offered to accompany your meal, curated by sommelier Aaron McManus, for $125. Aaron also has selected special bottles with some older vintages and iconic producers for a reserve pairing at a cost of $250. A non-alcoholic pairing is also available, featuring intricate and original recipes created by renowned mixoligist Julia Momose. The intriguing and flavorful beverages leave nothing missed and are presented for a cost of $95.
