They offer and afternoon tea service from 2:30 - 4:30pm daily with tea and pastries for $29.95. Patrons rave about the vodka flights and beef stroganoff.
The afternoon tea service at Russian Tea Time is slightly different in that you can order tea, scones, savories, and sweets a la carte if you wish. But with a menu this tempting, why wouldn't you get everything? Try the house tea, a mid of darjeeling and black tea infused with black currant, or go for Japanese sencha or a classic lapsang souchong. Note that the restaurant is closed for renovation and will reopen in November 2019.
