Stax Café pays homage to classic American breakfast flavors with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The eatery keeps on hand three different eggs and five varieties of homemade bread. The menu is expansive, serving many kinds of pancakes, waffles, crepes, French toast, omelets, skillets and more. Featured items include the oatmeal pancakes topped with Greek yogurt as well as the chocolate chip bacon pancakes. The lavender lemon pancakes and honey ricotta French toast are other interesting flavor combinations on the menu. If you’re not into the sweet stuff, try the brisket benedict, prosciutto avocado benedict or the mini egg sandwiches. To drink, Stax serves Intelligentsia coffee with free refills and fresh-squeezed juice (note: no alcohol). Stax’s breakfast favorites are served all day, in addition to burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads.
